We are excited to announce the introduction of this inspiring and innovative training program which will be led here by Dan Philips called PEOPLE FIRST® - Breakthrough and Beyond. This program will lead us through fundamental mind-sets and skills-sets that are paramount to anyone or any organization committed to improving the quality of relationships. To guarantee results and applicability, this program will be designed especially for us, predicated on the results of an assessment to be conducted within the first few weeks of training.
The Kick-off meeting for this three-month program will be held on (date). As with all subsequent meetings, the meeting on (date) will be divided into two (depends on your needs) sessions:
The list of who will attend which session will be provided shortly. The purpose of the initial presentation on (date) is for Dan to explain to us what his PEOPLE FIRST® - Breakthrough and Beyond course entails and the benefits for us – both, personally and professionally.
Lannom Incorporated will be with us for the next 3 months, one day per week (with the exception of holidays, of course), helping us to improve our human systems and business systems. To prepare for his initial visit, we will be sharing copies of Jack’s new best-selling book, People First – Achieving Balance in an Unbalance World – it’s a small book and an easy read – we will circulate our copies throughout the team – please read quickly and pass along to another team member.

This training will require an investment from each of us personally, as well. There will be homework, attendance at all sessions is necessary (notwithstanding extra-ordinary circumstances), an open-mind and a willingness to entertain new behaviors is prerequisite.
